Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using any service provided by Elite Female Companion
By making an enquiry, completing a booking, sending a deposit or engaging in any form of companionship service, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions exist to ensure safety, clarity and comfort for both parties.
- Nature of the Service (Non-Sexual Policy)
All companionship services offered are strictly non-sexual.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- No sexual activity of any kind
- No intimate physical contact
- No requests for sexual content, behaviour or conversation
- No suggestive behaviour or sexual propositions
- No attempts to meet in private homes or hotel bedrooms
Any attempt by the client to initiate sexual activity or breach boundaries will result in:
- Immediate termination of the meeting
- No refund of any fees paid
- Potential refusal of future bookings
This policy is non-negotiable and exists for professional, personal and safety reasons.
- Scope of Services
Services offered may include:
- In-person public companionship
- Phone conversations
- Video calls
- Messaging companionship
- Attendance at social events
- Shared activities in public settings
- Emotional support and conversation
Services do not include:
- Therapy, medical advice, or counselling
- Private home visits
- Hotel room visits
- Intimate or sexual activities
- Illegal activities
- Overnight stays unless explicitly agreed in writing and in a public-safe format
I reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside the boundaries of professional companionship.
- Booking Process
A booking is only confirmed once:
- The client has contacted me
- I have accepted the booking
- The required deposit has been paid
- They have agreed to my Terms & Conditions
No appointment is guaranteed until these steps are completed.
- Deposits
A deposit is required to secure any booking.
The deposit:
- Is non-refundable unless I need to cancel for personal or emergency reasons
- Ensures your chosen time is reserved exclusively for you
- Must be paid within the timeframe given (usually 48 hours)
If the deposit is not received, the appointment may be offered to someone else.
- Payments
Remaining balances must be paid:
- For in-person meetings: either 24 hours before the meeting OR at the start of the booking
- For phone/video/messaging services: payment is due in full upfront
I do not accept late payments or “after the session” payments.
All payments are handled securely and discreetly.
- Cancellations & Refunds
Client Cancellation
If the client cancels:
- More than 48 hours before the booking: Deposit may be transferred to a future booking at my discretion
- Less than 48 hours before the booking: Deposit is retained and non-transferable
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice results in:
- Immediate cancellation
- Deposit forfeiture
- Possible refusal of future bookings
My Cancellation
If I cancel due to illness, safety concerns, travel issues or personal emergencies:
- The client may choose a full deposit refund, or
- Transfer to a new date
I am not responsible for travel, hotel or external expenses paid by the client.
- Late Arrivals
If the client arrives late, the booking will still end at the originally scheduled time.
No extensions or partial refunds will be provided.
If I am running late (rare), I will communicate promptly and extend the booking accordingly.
- Behaviour & Conduct
The client agrees to behave respectfully and appropriately during all communication and meetings.
Unacceptable behaviour includes:
- Sexual requests or comments
- Aggressive or rude behaviour
- Intoxication or drug use
- Boundary pushing
- Filming, recording or photographing without consent
- Encouraging illegal activity
If any of these occur, the meeting will end immediately with no refund.
- Safety Requirements
For in-person bookings, the client agrees to:
- Meet only in public locations
- Treat me with respect
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Not follow me home or request home visits
- Not attempt to discover or visit my personal address
Safety is my highest priority. Any behaviour that compromises safety ends the booking instantly.
- Privacy & Confidentiality
All information shared by the client is confidential and will never be shared with third parties unless legally required.
Likewise, the client agrees to respect my privacy, including:
- Not sharing my photos
- Not sharing conversations
- Not posting about me online
- Not requesting personal details such as my home address or legal name
All communication is private and protected.
- Feelings of Dissatisfaction
If the client is unhappy with the service, they must communicate this during the booking so it can be addressed gently and professionally.
Refunds are not given for:
- Perceived lack of chemistry
- Unrealistic expectations
- Attempts to breach boundaries
- Differences in communication style
- Dissatisfaction expressed after the booking has ended
I always approach feedback with care and kindness, but I cannot refund time already spent.
- Limitations of Liability
I am not liable for:
- Emotional outcomes
- Personal expectations
- Travel costs, accommodation or expenses incurred by the client
- Losses due to cancellations, lateness or emergencies
- Events caused by circumstances outside my control
My service provides companionship only, not counselling, therapy or medical support.
- Website Use
The client agrees not to:
- Copy content
- Misuse forms or contact details
- Use the website to harass or harm
- Attempt to discover personal information
Any misuse may result in legal action.
- Right to Decline Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if I feel uncomfortable, unsafe or misled by the client.

- Acceptance of Terms
By contacting me, completing the form, sending a deposit or making a booking, you confirm that you:
- Are over 18
- Understand this is a strictly non-sexual companionship service
- Agree to meet in public locations
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions
- Will communicate respectfully
